Cancellation Policy

RETURNS:

We only accept returns on defective products. All returns must be postmarked within five (05) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS:

To return an item, please WhatsAap to the customer service number i.e. 7602851437 enclosing a proper opening video. The video should show the defect clearly. The opening video should start before unboxing the parcel and should continue until any defect is found.


REFUNDS:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange or refund.


Please Note

  1. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  2. We do not accept return-refund for size issues. We can arrange an exchange based on the stock availability. In that case, shipping charges need to be borne by the customer.
  3. We do not accept return-refund and return-exchange for color issues. The actual color may vary slightly due to different screen calibrations returned.
  4. We will only refund or exchange if the product is defective.
  5. The opening video which shows the defect just after unboxing is mandatory to avail refund or exchange.
Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+67a0fc2cafcd464ab00f057d53b8938c@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
