BongSphere (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.bongsphere.com). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.


General:

We try our best to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but sometimes things can get a little hectic. If we can't fulfill your entire order due to a stock discrepancy, we'll contact you and give you the option of waiting for the item to restock or getting a refund. We'll make sure to keep you in the loop every step of the way.


Shipping Costs:

We believe that fashion should not come at a high price – especially when it comes to shipping! We're proud to offer FREE SHIPPING all over India, because we know that the only thing that should matter is the clothes you wear, not the money you spend on shipping.


Returns:

We only accept returns on defective products. All returns must be postmarked within five (05) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


Delivery Terms: 

1. Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 9 days

2. Transit time Internationally:

We're sorry to say that we don't currently ship internationally, but we're working on expanding our reach in the future. In the meantime, we'll focus on making sure that our Indian customers get the best experience possible.

3. Dispatch Time:

We dispatch your order within 2-7 business days of payment, because we know that you're eager to get your hands on your new wardrobe.

4. Change Of Delivery Address:

If you happen to change your mind about the shipping address, don't worry – we can still make it happen as long as your order hasn't been packed yet.

5. Delivery Time Exceeded: If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation


Tracking Notifications:

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.


Duties & Taxes: 

Tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website


Cancellations:

If you change your mind, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been packed. If an order has already been packed, please refer to our refund policy.



Insurance:

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

1. Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

2. Process for parcel lost in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
